Coaching is not therapy. Instead, it’s a collaborative, goal-focused process designed to help you stay organized, manage challenges, and feel more in control of your daily life.
Unlike counseling, coaching is not bound by HIPAA regulations and can be offered virtually to anyone, regardless of location.

Coaching Details
Who I work with: Ages 16+
Availability: Virtual sessions everywhere; some in-person availability for ADHD coaching
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm | Weekends: ADHD Assessments only
Format: 1-on-1 coaching sessions | Optional 15-min discovery call to see if it’s the right fit
